My name is Akiba T. Miniefee, and I started Black Rhino Insurance Solutions because I kept seeing the same story play out — families who had worked hard their whole lives, built real assets, and still watched everything get tied up in probate or lost entirely.

After assisting hundreds of families with estate planning, I realized many didn't have life insurance — and didn't understand how it could strengthen everything they were building. I saw families unable to pay off large mortgages after a loved one passed. I decided to do something about it.

I hold both a Life Insurance License and a Legal Document Assistant license. That combination isn't an accident — it's the entire point. I help families see the full picture, not just one piece of it.
